For Guests

How do I join an event? add
Simply scan the QR code on your wristband using your phone's camera app. Your browser will open automatically — no app download required. Fill in your name and any other details the event host has requested, and you're in.
Do I need to create an account? add
No. Guests never need to create an account or download anything. Your wristband QR code is your identity for the event.
Can I use my wristband at multiple events? add
Each wristband is assigned to a specific event by the organizer. If you attend multiple events, you'll receive a new wristband for each one.

For Event Hosts

How do I get wristbands for my event? add
Wristbands are supplied by authorized EventWrist distributors. After registering as a host, you can contact a distributor in your region or apply to become a distributor yourself. Each batch of wristbands is linked to your account and can be assigned to a specific event.
How many guests can attend a single event? add
EventWrist supports up to 1,000 guests per event. This covers the vast majority of parties, corporate events, and mid-size concerts. Need more? Contact us to discuss enterprise options.
How does the big screen display work? add
Open the screen URL on any device connected to your projector or large display. It syncs in real time with your host dashboard — messages, poll results, and raffle animations all appear automatically. No extra hardware or software needed.
Can I moderate messages before they appear on screen? add
Yes. In your event settings, enable "Danmaku Moderation" to review every message before it goes live. You can also disable the message wall entirely, or let messages post instantly and remove individual ones as needed.
How do smart raffles work? add
You can set eligibility rules for each prize — for example, "only guests who voted AND sent a message qualify." The system automatically filters the pool and runs the draw. Winners are displayed on the big screen with a confetti animation.

How do I become an EventWrist distributor? add
Click "Apply for Partnership" on our homepage or go to the distributor application page. Fill in your business details and we'll review your application within 3–5 business days.
